A kitchen for real use
Cooking rings, a refrigerator, a kettle and the surfaces you need to prepare a proper breakfast, all shared by four rooms rather than by a whole hotel, so the room stays calm even at eight in the morning.
Breakfast
Breakfast at Góralska rezydencja is something guests make for themselves, in a kitchen that was set up for exactly that. It is the busiest and friendliest hour of the day in the house, and it sets the pace for everything that follows.

The shared guest kitchen serves the whole residence and is open at any hour. Coffee before an early start toward the Chochołowska Valley, a slow breakfast on a snowy morning when nobody is in a hurry, or a warm plate late at night after a long day on the slopes: all of it happens in the same room, and the equipment is chosen for real cooking rather than for show.
Every room also has its own refrigerator, so the things you carry back from the village stay fresh: highland cheese from the local stalls, bread, fruit, something cold for the evening. A kettle is always within reach for tea, and the dining table in the kitchen is where most conversations about trails and weather actually happen.
Small food shops in Witów cover the everyday basics, and the traditional highland kitchens nearby are the right answer on the mornings when nobody feels like cooking. If you are unsure where to go, ask the people who keep the residence - the recommendations come from living here rather than from a leaflet.

Each room keeps its own refrigerator, which makes it easy to store milk, cheese, fruit and anything else brought back from the village without a trip downstairs.
Early starts are normal here, and so are late returns. The kitchen is never locked, so hot drinks are available whenever the mountains dictate the schedule.
In the warmer months the garden seating turns into the best breakfast room in the house, with the ridgeline of the Tatras standing above the village.
Make Góralska rezydencja your base for the thermal baths, the valley trails, long winter days on the slopes and slow evenings in the Polish Tatras. Wooden rooms, quiet surroundings and a whole mountain range waiting just beyond the village.
Availability for all four rooms is kept up to date on the reservation page, and questions about dates, arrangements or the region are always welcome by phone or email before you reserve.
